Nice hotel with free wi-fi, a car park, and a 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with early check-in on my first stay, which I'll never forget. I recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Brand-new and bright rooms with exceptional beds, the TV and the tub, accommodating staff. With a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was convenient to where I needed to be the next day. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and some deliver to the motel.
My "non-smoking" room smelled like people smoke in there (my clothes were smelly by the time I left, I was only there overnight). There were no bath towels, only a foot mat. The lighting was poor in the room and especially in the hallway. There were wires hanging from a fixture over the bed (maybe a missing smoke alarm?). The floor of the room above me was very noisy anytime someone walked around. They had to try 3 phones before we got one to work, and that wasn't until that night. Then the red message light wouldn't stop blinking all night, even though there were no messages. The breakfast muffins were just barely thawed out, and the microwave dish in the breakfast area was extremely dirty.

Cute staff and comfortable accommodations
The young lady at the front desk was kind and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a quick getaway. The breakfast options could be improved to offer a better variety.

The room was quiet and bright and included central heating, a personal safe and flat-screen TV, appreciated it. The bed was cozy; and there was a tub. The setting of hotel was comfy and ideal, down the hill. And we were short walk to Shrewsbury, food area, the Hooters restaurant.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were horrible.

The location near my daughter's home in Shrewsbury made this hotel convenient. The room had some space and was fairly cozy, but cleanliness was a real concern. I found crumbs on the floor and it felt neglected. The armchair had visible stains, and the bathroom showed grime around the sink. The bed linens seemed not fully cleaned, with some stains. I also dealt with a malfunctioning ice machine, frustrating. Breakfast offerings were adequate, but there wasn't a lot of variety. Customer service appeared to be lacking at times, with long waits for attention at the front desk. Despite these issues, the size of the room was a positive aspect was nice. With improvements in cleanliness and service, this hotel could be much better.

Wifi .. Check in staff were nice.
Air conditioner did not work properly. Had to open a window to cool room off . No pool as advertised . Exterior construction in progress was not appealing. No elevator . Difficult to travel from hotel to other sites like restaurants because no crossover on highway .

Old and disgusting. I couldn't take a shower because there was an old tub mat in the bottom. Who knows how much mold was under it. No stopper in sink. Rubber stopper on chain in tub. Rusted heat vent in br. Also I think they house homeless people there. That fact should be made public. I never would have stayed there had I known that. Also lobby crowded with questionable people.

The room, while generous in size, falls short in maintenance. The TV didn't work, and the bathroom fan rattled loudly throughout the night. Stained sheets, a dirty shower, and dust on furniture added to the discomfort, and the ice machine was out of order .

The beds were super comfortable.
The lock on our original room didn't work and we were in that room 2 nights. We had to switch rooms when we found out for our last night. We had to have our room keys remade twice because they would not open the outer side door. The WIFI went out one day also. We should not have been put in that room to begin with. They should have known the lock was broken.

The desk staff that checked us in was very very nice.
There was a fire while we were there, the AC was dirty and did not work properly also it got a little chilly at night so we thought to turn on the heat it didn't get warm the bathroom was tiny the room was old looking, construction workers were done with work on the building for the day and they were all just hanging out in front of building sitting on curb drinking beer, not a good look. Grounds around building had trash and beer bottles in 2 area that I notice. Very disatisfied
